Our prices include VAT (value added Tax), which is currently at 20%,

While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped.

Deliveries

For most areas in the UK mainland our delivery is free, with the exceptions being the following postcodes:

IV,KW,PA,PH,DD, AB, BT and Southern Ireland. If you live in these areas then please phone us for delivery prices.

Our standard deliveries are 3-5 working days, and we will do our best to arrange a day which is most suitable for you. Although please bare in mind unfortunately we cannot 100% guarantee that the goods will arrive on the required day due to vehicle breakdowns and traffic.

For our heavy items (which is most of them!) we use pallet couriers. Pallet couriers use a tail lift service. This means they have a truck with a platform lift at the back of it. We will have packaged your products on a pallet and the driver will use a manual fork truck to lift your pallet and then pull it by hand to the rear of the vehicle. The lift will then lower it to the floor and the driver can pull it off and position it as close as possible to your property. Please be aware that it is a curbside delivery. The drivers usually try their best to position it where you like, but due to being a manual fork truck they are unable to get over curbs, steps or up inclined driveways, They also need a hard standing area like a tarmac or concrete drive to navigate the manual fork lift. They are unable to get the manual fork truck across loose gravel or grass.

Failed deliveries

Please read the delivery information carefully. We incorporate most of the delivery cost into the price of the products. This means that if the delivery is failed due to no one being available at the address we have to pay for the delivery to your address and then back to our workshop, which will cost £100 including Vat. Unfortunately we will have to pass this cost on to yourselves. So if a product has to be returned to us, we will refund the total amount less £100 for the failed delivery. We really don’t want to do this so please read the delivery information carefully and be sure that your driveway is suitable for delivery or you are prepared to have the item dropped curbside. If you aren’t sure, please phone us, we can help!

Returns

We hope this wont be relevant to you, however mistakes happen, and sometimes you get something and realize it isn’t right for you. We offer a 10 day return policy, however as mentioned above a large part of the delivery cost is incorporated in the products, so if you choose to return an item, We will offer a full refund less £100 inc vat for the restocking, delivery and return haulage charges. You are welcome to return the item yourself and it will only be subject to a £40 initial delivery and restocking fee.

If we have sent the wrong item out, or the item is faulty then we will obviously offer a replacement free of charge or have the item returned to us and give you a full refund, whichever is most suitable to you.

Privacy Policy

Wadsworth Design is committed to protecting your privacy. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you about your order status by return email. We will also require a land line telephone number in case we need to contact you this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. You have trusted us by giving us these details and Wadsworth Design promises not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of Wadsworth Design. We will not pass any of your details on to any other third parties for profit or otherwise.

Product Availability

Wadsworth Design updates the availability of the entire stock list on a daily basis. Items that are ‘Out Of Stock’ will be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked ‘In Stock’, we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.

Out of Stock Orders

There are times when items become temporarily ‘Out Of Stock’, and these items are marked as such in the website. If you order an ‘Out Of Stock’ product, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

Accuracy of information

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell. We also use our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or offer a refund on the product provided that it is unused.

Changes

If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Site Usage

Wadsworth Design disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.

Contract

By agreeing to purchase online you are entering a legally binding contract.
The contract being governed by UK law.
